Winfrith Newburgh P/FUL/2022/07541 - Fossil Barn The Drove, Winfrith Newburgh, Dorchester DT2 8DB Erect a single low-energy passivhaus dwelling with an annex designed to be zero-carbon in running and construction. This is in lieu of the conversion of the barn into 2 dwellings and involves the partial removal of part of the existing barn and retention of the remainder.
