Forge Bridge, Temporary 20mph Speed Restriction

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as the highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4229, From Old Forge Bridge to B4234, Goodrich, Herefordshire, Temporary Speed Restriction Order, to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 20mph on the following roads: A4110, Canon Pyon Road. Grid Ref: 356020/218475 to 356903/218389.

The said restriction is required due to drainage works on or near said roads and the likelihood of danger to the public while works are being carried out. The said restriction will be in place for approximately 9 days and will come into force on 10th January 2022. However, the restriction may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State).
