Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 36/22/00024:
Land at, Inwood Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater. Change of use of agricultural field for the provision of caravan pitches and continuation of existing caravan site for use by HPC workers until 31st December 2025. Erection of welfare building and bus shelter. Retention of 4no. buildings for holiday accommodation. Development of a footpath from site to Nether Stowey village. This proposal is a major development, is of public interest and may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 11/22/00141: The Round Tower Guest House & Cafe, 41 The Esplanade, Burnham On Sea, TA8 2AQ. Removal of Condition 3 of Planning Permission 11/21/00145 (Change of use of guest house to 13no. self-contained holiday letting units, with the erection of two storey rear (East) extension on site of existing store (to be demolished)) to un-restrict the occupation of the units. This proposal is a major development, the site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects the setting of a listed building.

Application No. 11/22/00142: 48 Palmers Close, Burnham On Sea, TA8 2SS. Partial change of use to regularise home working arrangement. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
