An informal hearing of appeal against the above planning enforcement notice (under Section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) and against refusal of the above planning application will be held (under paragraph of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities opening on Tuesday 7th February 2023 at 10.00 am at the Council Chamber, Woodgreen, Witney, OX28 1NB. 1 sitting day is currently scheduled for the hearing.
