 14(1) & (2) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Mixbury, Footpath 30 (303/30/10) Closure Date of Order: 9 January 2023 Coming into force: 11 January 2023 This Order continues in force an emergency closure by Notice on 21 December of an unsafe bridge over a stream which requires repair, and which is anticipated to be completed on 21 June 2023. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily footpath 30 (303/30/10) south of Beachborough School.

Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to property which is only accessible from the closed section of footpath. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route for those affected by the closure will be signposted locally. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
