NOTICE UNDER PART 5 REGULATION 20 PUBLICITY
WHERE AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT IS SUBMITTED AFTER THE PLANNING APPLICATION

The Westerleigh Group Limited submitted a planning application (reference: 20/01195/MFUL) for planning permission on 7th December 2020 for the erection of a crematorium with associated access, parking, memorial gardens and landscaping. At: Land west of Gravel Pit farm, Sand Hutton to Black Dike Plantation, Sand Hutton, North Yorkshire.

A copy of the application, any accompanying plan and other documents, and a copy of the environmental statement may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours (9am - 4pm) at the offices of Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7HH or on the council's website (www.ryedale.gov.uk) from 28th December 2022 until 27th January 2023.

Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing, by the 27th January 2023 to Development Management at Ryedale District Council at the above address or to development.management@ryedale.gov.uk
