(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.27) Order 202*


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order
under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and
IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order: To Implement 'No Waiting at Any Time' Restrictions on the following
lengths of road, Chigwell, in the District of Epping Forest.
Road Description
B173 Lambourne SOUTHEAST SIDE: From a point approximately 5.7 metres Road southwest of the south-westernmost kerb line of Romford Road, south-westwards for a distance of approximately 420 metres, to its
junction with Lodge Close.

This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tile: TQ460 930 Revision 1 to Revision 2 and TQ460 932 Revision 0 to Revision 1. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). Effect of the Order: To implement: 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road, in the District of Harlow
Road Description

Malkin Drive NORTHWEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.25 metres east of the south-western boundary of property number 254 Malkin Drive, east and north/northwest for a distance of approximately 27 metres.
NORTHEAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1 metre east of the boundary of property numbers 285 and 286 Malkin Drive, west and north/northwest for a distance of approximately 30 metres. SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 1.5 metres east of the south-western boundary of property number 254 Malkin Drive, east for a distance of approximately 26 metres to a point approximately 1 metre east of the boundary of property numbers 285 and 286 Malkin Drive.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TL480 087 Revision 0 to Revision 1.
