Three Rivers District Council (Batchworth 30 (part)) Creation Order 2022

The above order, made on the 19 December 2022, under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a public bridleway from the High Street to Bridleway 30 Batchworth as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth WD3 1RL from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Copies of the order and map may be viewed at

Any representation about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Project Assistant, Transport and Parking Projects, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth WD3 1 RL or by email to

no later than 23 January 2023. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representation or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Three Rivers District Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
