NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Flowers by Nattrass has applied in respect of Old House Gardens for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Sale of alcohol in association of flower orders Monday to Sunday 00.00am to 11.59pm

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 11th of January 2023 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
