Higher Market Street, Variation of Premises Licensing.

Notice of Application for a Full Variation to an existing Premises Licence RR Convenience Store Ltd has made an application to Bolton Council for a Full Variation to the premises licence for: Premier, 34 Higher Market Street, Bolton BL4 9AJ.
The details of the variation applied for are as follows:
1. Supply of alcohol off the premises and opening hours: Monday to Sunday 06.00-02.00.
2. Customers to be served from Night Hatch from 23.00-02.00. No customers will have access to the premises during this time.
3. To remove all existing Annex 2 conditions and replace with new conditions as per application.
The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 1st floor, Bolton Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk and details of the application will be shared with you electronically. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 20/12/2022.
The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 17/01/2023. All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team or by email as stated above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
