Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015,
Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990,
and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2022/24580/FUL. Proposal: Works comprising of:- Repairs and replacements of windows, formation of 2no. bunk rooms to the lower ground floor, formation of a food prep and servery (inc. alcohol sales) to the lower ground floor to serve the rear beer garden, installation of an enamelled stove pipe to serve a wood fired pizza oven, minor repaving to the existing terrace, the installation of balustrading to the existing terrace & paving of 2no. areas beneath existing picnic benches for Daniel Thwaites Plc. Application No: 2022/24581/LBC. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2022/24621/FUL. Proposal: Conversion of existing barn to 2 no. residential units for Mr Dave Buckley Location: Barn at New Inn Fold Napier Street Cononley BD20 8NF Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2022/24587/REG4. Proposal: Partial removal of a 20th century shop front to reveal the original arched opening to the ginnel to Hallam's Yard, piecing-in missing stone, repainting of the arch and ginnel and the provision of new bin stores in Hallam's Yard for Craven District Council. Location: 60 High Street Skipton BD23 1JP Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2022/24447/LBC. Proposal: Replacement roof for Mr Peter Stephenson Location: Far Cappleside Farm Rathmell BD24 0LJ Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Application No: 2022/24596/HH. Proposal: Proposed single storey rear extension to Southwest elevation & internal alterations for Mr & Mrs Martin Garner Location: 65 Raikes Road Skipton BD23 1LN Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: 2022/24546/LBC. Proposal: Internal Alterations for Elsworth Kitchen Location: High Corn Mill Chapel Hill Skipton Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Application No: 2022/24614/LBC.
