Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application - Variation Of A Premises Licence

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TODAY 15th December 2022: Square Guys H Ltd At the premises known asThe Chaiiwala 6 Manor Parade, Sheepcote Road, Harrow, HA1 2JN HAS APPLIED TO THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW TO VARY THEIR PREMISES LICENCE. THE PROPOSAL IN THIS APPLICATION IS; • To submit a New Floor Plan • The addition of an operating schedule comprising of 19 new conditions • To extend the opening hours of the premises on Sunday to Thursday 0800-0100 And on Friday to Saturday 0800 to 0200 • To extend the permitted hours for licensable activity, namely Late Night Refreshment On Sunday to Thursday night to 0100 hours the following day And on Friday to Saturday nights to 0200 hours the following day. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Head of Community Directorate, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre, PO Box 18, Station Road Harrow, Middlesex not later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules Copies of these representations will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person found guilty of such an offence is liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.00.
