NOTICE OF MAKING
THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
B5441 DROME ROAD AND GREEN LANE WEST, DEESIDE
PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th December 2022, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to introduce:-
1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions-:
a. At various locations on both sides of Green Lane West, Deeside.
b. At the junction of Green Lane West with the B5441 Drome Road, Deeside
c. At various locations on both sides of the B5441 Drome Road, Deeside
In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
Should you wish to view a copy of this Notice, the Order which will come into operation on the 20th January 2023, plans showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for the making of the Order, they may be inspected during normal opening hours at Flintshire Connects, Wepre Drive, Connah's Quay, Flintshire CH5 4HA. The documents will also be available to be viewed on our website at www.Flintshire.gov.uk > Resident > Roads, Streets and Travel > Traffic Regulation Orders or you can request a copy of the documents by emailing Streetscene@flintshire.gov.uk or by calling 01352701234.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

1. Cyfyngiadau 'Dim Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg'-:
a. Mewn lleoliadau amrywiol ar ddwy ochr Green Lane West, Glannau Dyfrdwy.
b. Ar gyffordd Green Lane West gyda'r B5441 Drome Road, Glannau Dyfrdwy
c. Mewn lleoliadau amrywiol ar ddwy ochr y B5441 Drome Road, Glannau Dyfrdwy.
Ym mhob ystyr arall, bydd darpariaethau presennol 'Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir y Fflint (Gwaharddiad a Chyfyngiad Aros a Mannau Llwytho a Pharcio) (Gorfodi Sifil a Chyfuno) 2013' yn parhau mewn grym.
