(C2022 Hill Furze Road, Bishampton)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2022 Hill Furze Road from its junction with C2117 Hill Furze to its junction with C2022 Broad Lane to Rous Lench.
Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2022 Fladbury Hill, A44 Evesham Road, C2012 Throckmorton Road, C2012 The Lea, C2012 Throckmorton to Bishampton, C2012 Main Street, C2022 Broad Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 3 January 2023.

(U44410 Henry Street, Evesham)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U44410 Henry Street from its junction with U44406 Bewdley Street to its junction with U44413 Avon Street.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U44413 Avon Street, U44411 Albert Road, U44406 Bewdley Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days. Commencing: 19 January 2023.

(U44412 West Street, Evesham) and
(Temporary Closure)
and temporary (One-Way Traffic) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U44412 West Street from its junction with U44408 Littleworth Street to its junction with U44410 Henry Street and create a temporary One-way traffic system.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: South Diversion: U44408 Littleworth Street, U44406 Bewdley Street, U44410 Henry Street. North Diversion: U44410 Henry Street, U44411 Albert Road, A4184 High Street, U44413 Avon Street, U44408
North Diversion: Littleworth Street and vice versa.
NB: Division routes are a one-way traffic system on Littleworth Street and Avon Street in a clockwise direction.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days. Commencing: 25 January 2023.

(U45616 Pennylands Bank, Broadway)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U45616 Pennylands Bank from its junction with C2007 Childswickham Road to its junction with B4632 Evesham Road.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: (Unsuitable for high sided vehicles) B4632 Evesham Road, B4632 Station Road, B4632 Cheltenham Road, C2007 Childswickham Road and vice versa.
HGV Diversion: B4632 Evesham Road, A44 Broadway bypass/Collin Lane roundabout, A44 Evesham Road, A44 Pitchers Hill, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Broadway Road, A46 Evesham bypass (National Highways), A46 Cheltenham Road (National Highways), C2007 Broadway Road, C2007 Hinton Road, C2007 Broadway Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 4 January 2023.

(C2113 Broad Marston Road, Pebworth)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2113 Broad Marston Road from its junction with C2113 Mickleton to Long Marston Road to its junction with U45011 Priory Road. Reason: New/replacement water mains by Severn Trent
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2113 Broad Marston Road, C2049 Friday Street, C2049 Long Marston Road, Dorsington Road (Warwickshire), Welford Road (Warwickshire), C2113 Mickleton to Long Marston Road,and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 53 days. Commencing: 3 January 2023.

(C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle, Elmley Castle)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle from its junction with C2116 Main Street to its junction with C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road.
Reason: Lay new ducting by Airband.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle, C2007 Pershore Road, C2007 Main Road, C2007 Goodleigh Hill, C2007 Pensham Hill, B4084 Avon Bank,
B4084 Evesham Road, B4084 Pershore Road, C2023 Haselor Lane, C2007 Netherton Lane to Haselor Lane, C2007 Netherton Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 23 January 2023.

(U46615 Church Street, Great Comberton)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U46615 Church Street from its junction with U46615 Back Lane for a distance of 460 metres in a Northerly direction.
Reason: Lay new ducting by Airband.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U46615 Back Lane, C2008 Back Lane to Pershore Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months.Anticipated duration:
5 days. Commencing: 23 January 2023.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2022 Fladbury Hill from its junction with A44 Evesham Road to its junction with C2117 Hill Furze.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A44 Evesham Road, C2012 Throckmorton Road, C2012 Throckmorton to Bishampton, C2012 Main Street, C2022 Broad Lane,
C2022 Hill Furze Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days. Commencing: 23 January 2023.

Mustow Green and Harvington) (30, 40 & 50mph
Speed Limit) and (Various Revocations) Order 2022

On 15 December 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to vary the speed limit on the following length of road in Mustow Green and Harvington to 30, 40 & 50mph:
40mph Speed limit:
UC13625 Mustow Green Link Road: For its entire length.
C2014 Curslow Lane: From its junction with A448 for a distance of 150m in a southerly direction.
A450 Stourbridge Road/Worcester Road: From a point 180m south west of its junction with A448 Bromsgrove Road to a point 235m north of its junction with C2184 Park Lane.
A448: From a point 80m north west of its junction with A450 in a south easterly direction to a point 670m south east of its junction with C2014 Curslow Lane.
30mph Speed limit:
C2184: From its junction with A450 in an easterly direction to its junction with UC13627 Harbash Lane.
UC13628 Morton Road: For its entire length
50mph Speed limit:
A448: From a point 670m south east of its junction with C2014 Curslow Lane to a point 110m west of its junction with Dobes Lane.
Revocations:
(Various Roads Mustow Green and Harvington) (Restricted Roads and 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2001 (Variation) and (A448 Chaddesley Corbet to Mustow Green) (50 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2013 AND (Various Roads Mustow Green and Harvington) (Restricted Roads and 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2001 There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 5 January 2023.
