NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES DESCENDING CLAIMS UNDER THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925 SECTION 27.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 notice is given that any person having claim against or an interest in the Estate of MICHAEL DAVID AINLEY of 13 Park Lane, Bradford, BD5 0JL who died on 7th September 2012 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 26th August 2013. After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not have then had notice.
