Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that JENNIFER ORTEGA has applied to South Lakeland District Council for the grant of a premises licence to allow the use the premises situated at WA CONCEPT, 7 MARKET PLACE, ULVERSTON, CUMBRIA, LA12 7BA for the sale by retail of alcohol, Mon-Sun, 10:00-23:00.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or e-mail licensing@ southlakeland.gov.uk no later than midnight on the 11/01/2023 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the South Lakeland District Council office at the address given above between 10.00 -16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.southlakeland.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
