Back Street, Ashton Keynes, Stopping up of a Highway

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No. 28) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of an area of unnamed highway to the north of Back Street, at Ashton Keynes in Wiltshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Wiltshire Council under reference 20/03639/LBC.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5203).
They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cricklade Library, 113 High Street, Cricklade, Swindon, SN6 6AE.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 28 December 2022.
