LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence Scott Dolling, on behalf of Southend-on-Sea City Council hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Southend Pier Head, Southend On Sea, SS1 1EE. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded music, Performance of dance, Supply of Alcohol all daily between 11.00 and 22.00 interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council).
