Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14m1 (As Amended) Harrow Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Cycle Lane) Order 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate gas mains replacement and associated works in Harrow Road, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit bicycles from entering or proceeding in the length of cycle lane lying on the northern footway of Harrow Road which lies between a point opposite the north-western boundary of No. 778 Harrow Road and a point opposite the north-eastern boundary of No. 2 Linthorpe Avenue, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to above would apply from 10th January 2023 to 28th February 2023 inclusive or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Harrow Road would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Cyclists affected by the prohibitions referred above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
