Change of use of the first floor of the existing retained building from dwelling to day nursery. Expansion of existing day nursery including extensions, construction of new buildings, creation of basement parking and changes to vehicular access. Applicant: Queen Bee's Day Nursery Reason for Advertising: Departure from the approved Local Plan currently in force.
