TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO APPEAL PROPOSALS
Consultation start: Thursday 22nd December 2022
Consultation end: Monday 23rd January 2023
Application No.: P22/V0550/O
Planning Inspectorate No.: APP/V3120/W/22/3310788
Proposal: Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access into the site) for up to 300 dwellings and provision of public open space including associated landscape planting with associated infrastructure, drainage measures and earthworks and all other associated works.
The above referenced application was submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council on 2nd March 2022. An appeal was made to the Planning Inspectorate on 23rd November 2022 under Section 78(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) against the Council’s decision on 28th July 2022 to refuse to grant planning permission.
Following the Council’s refusal of the planning application, the appellant proposes to make some amendments to the proposals including a new framework plan and landscape plan which, whilst being consistent with the application details, present the information in a different way. The appellant has also prepared two new parameter plans which provide greater articulation of the proposals without changing the definition of the development – these include a density parameter plan and a height parameter plan. In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) representations are invited on the amended appeal documentation. Comments can be provided by 23rd January 2023.
