Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex Definitive Map Modification 693, Footpath 11 Braintree and Bocking, Braintree District Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council on 5 August 2022 confirmed the above mentioned Order and it took effect on that day.
The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-? Specifying the width of a 531metre section from the south-east terminus as 20 ft (6.01 metres)
A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, Chelmsford, where copies will be available on request at a charge. Copies of the order and order map may also be viewed on the Essex Highways website

If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act.
(Sheepcotes Lane, Silver End) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sheepcotes Lane, Silver End in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 175m south east then north east of its junction with Boars Tye Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC8P123F01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Sheepcotes Lane, Hollies Road, Links Road, Boars Tye Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Bartram Avenue South, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bartram Avenue South, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Cressing Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO61378725 -
Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Cressing Road and vice versa (with access only into Hay Lane South, Cunnington Road and Bartram Avenue South). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beslyns Road, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bridge End for a distance of approximately 40m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO61013538/2 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer works are undertaken by Anglian Water. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Doghouse Road, Bradwell in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 230m north of its junction with A120 for a distance of approximately 200m in a northerly direction. (Fuller Street, Fairstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fuller Street, Fairstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Fairstead Lodge Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a south easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
