Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application to Wigan Council
An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Adnan Isik for the premises known as Arnie's, situated at 112 Elliott Street, Tyldesley, M29 8FJ. The application seeks Supply of Alcohol On the Premise only: Mon - Sun : 10:00 - 00:30. The Provision of Late Night Refreshment: Mon -Sun : 23:00 - 00:30. The Provision of Recorded Music: Mon - Sun 23:00 - 01:00.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 10/01/2023.
