Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 6th January 2023
Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
Notes for Applicants
The applicant must advertise the application in a local newspaper which circulates in the area in which the premises are situated or which is available at local newsagents. The advertisement must appear in the newspaper on at least one occasion during the period of ten working days starting on the day after the day the application is received by Hackney Council's Licensing Service.
A London wide newspapers, such as The Evening Standard, The London Paper and the Metro are is not acceptable. The applicant should use either 'Hackney Citizen' or the Hackney Gazette. One complete copy of the newspaper containing the advertisement should be sent to the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY.
The advertisement shall be in the form overleaf.

Insert the full name and postal address of the premises.
Note 3
Describe the proposed licensable activities, which will take place on or from the premises, including any additional hours.
Note 4
Insert the date that is 28 days after the date on which the Licensing Service receive the application (i.e. if the Licensing Service receive the application on the 2nd March 2010, you should put down a date of 30th March 2010).
