APP/22/01642/F Variation of Condition 14 of Planning Permission APP/19/01172/F as described in that description of development for other than units 2 and 3 (subject to Reserved Matters application
APP/22/00800/R) and Churchill Business Park (approved under Reserved Matters ref: APP/21/01186/F), the development hereby permitted shall achieve a BREEAM minimum "Excellent' rating (or equivalent standard). Units 2, 3 and Churchill Business Park shall seek to achieve of exceed a minimum standards level of 'Very Good'. Prior to first occupation of the building(s) in each phase or part thereof, a Post-Construction Review Certificate, for that building shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Should at the post-construction phase it be demonstrated that building(s) are unable to achieve an overall BREEAM rating of 'Very Good' the post construction review certificate must demonstrate to the Council's satisfaction (such satisfaction to be confirmed in writing by the Council) that all minimum standards have achieved a 'very good' level.
