Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that Nathan Phillip MUIR has applied to the BCP Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises: 'MOKA POT', 44 SEAMOOR ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH BH4 9AS.

The proposed licence activities are: Sale of alcohol ON the premises 1100hrs - 2300hrs daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.
Representations must be received no later than 16th January 2023.
The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence of an unlimited fine of level 5 on the standard scale.
