(Conies Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Conies Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with White Horse Avenue for a distance of approximately 55m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001192036 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Conies Road, White Horse Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 5th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Church Street, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 25m north east of the junction with Brook Street for a distance of approximately 45m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001197480 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

(Colne Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Levitts Corner for a distance of approximately 290m in a southerly then south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WDJG6N0B01 - Openreach). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hedingham Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 180m north west of its junction with Mill Chase for a distance of approximately 185m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2023 for 1 night (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000012365 - Essex County Council).
