(Footpath 34, Great Clacton) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 34, Great Clacton, in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Station Road, east and northeast to its junction with the A133 Carnarvon Road, for its entire length, a distance of approximately 43 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01 January 2023 to 28 February 2023 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for works to be carried out for the demolition of an adjacent building.
The alternative route is via the Footway on Station Road, heading north to its junction with the A133 Carnarvon Road, then southeast on the Footway on the A133 Carnarvon Road to its junction with Footpath 34, and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 01 January 2023 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Burrs Road, Clacton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burrs Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Telford Road for a distance of approximately 90m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001189968 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Sladburys Lane, Holland Road, Valley Road and vice versa. (Cherry Tree Avenue, Clacton on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cherry Tree Avenue, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with West Road to its junction with Prince Phillip Avenue a distance of approximately 115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd January 2023 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001192990 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coan Avenue, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction West Street for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001192879 - Cadent). The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001189462 - Cadent). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Way, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring, from both junctions with West Road and then north for a distance of approximately 75m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001192991 - Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pork Lane, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 700m south east of its junction with Thorpe Road for a distance of approximately 780m in a south easterly then north easterly direction.
