Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for Parkstone & Heatherlands, 433-437 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, BH9 2AN.
The application is to vary the premises as detailed below:- I. To extend the closing timing of the premises from 2300 until 0000 Monday to Sunday. 2. To extend the terminal hour for all licensable activities at the premises from 2300 until 2330 Monday to Sunday.

The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.bcp.gov.uk at any time.
A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, BCP Council Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA.
Written representations must be received no later than 16th January 2023.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
