TAKE NOTICE that Mr Ricky Elahie has applied to Tendering District Council as the Licensing Authority for Tendering District for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Authentic Caribbean Restaurant situated at 7-9 Marine Parade East, Clacton On Sea, Essex CO15 1PS (Restaurant, Sports Bar, Nightclub) to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below:
Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises, Performance of Live Music, Performance of Recorded Music Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 23:00, Friday to Saturday 10:00 -02:00 and Sunday 23:00 - 00:00. Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendering District Council, Licensing Section, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton On Sea where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 12th January 2023. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a fine of £50000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
