Os caiff y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 8 Rhagfyr 2022, ei gadarnhau ar y ffurf y cafodd ei wneud arni, bydd yn newid map a datganiad diffiniol yr ardal trwy ychwanegu llwybr ceffylau sy’n hawl tramwy cyhoeddus i geffylau, i bobl ar droed a gyda beic, yng nghymuned Caerhun. Mae’r Llwybr Ceffylau’n dechrau pan fo’n gadael y rhan ag arwyneb o’r ffordd a elwir Ffordd Bryn Siriol, yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 7664 6768 ac yn mynd i fyny tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain am rai metrau cyn troi tua’r gogledd-orllewin gan basio rhwng eiddo Bryn Siriol a’r tai allan yna parhau i fyny tua’r gogledd-orllewin mewn patrwm igam-ogam gan ddod i ben yn gyfagos i fynedfa Llidiard Fadog a ffordd darmac Pant Meurig yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 7620 6794. Mae’r llwybr tua 679m o hyd. Mae lled y llwybr yn amrywio o 2.9m a 1.5m gyda mannau cyfyng mewn rhannau cul rhwng y wal a’r creigwely.
Bydd modd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a fap yn Llyfrgell Conwy, Llyfrgell Llanrwst, Swyddfeydd y Cyngor Coed Pella Bae Colwyn ac ar wefan y Cyngor.
Rhaid anfon unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yngly^n â’r Gorchymyn ar bapur at Bennaeth y Gyfraith a Llywodraethu, Blwch Post 1 Conwy LL30 9GN neu at cyfreithiol@conwy.gov.uk ddim hwyrach na 10 Chwefror 2023 a rhaid iddynt gynnwys manylion am y sail dros eu gwneud.
Os na fydd unrhyw sylwadau na gwrthwynebiadau’n cael eu cyflwyno yn briodol, neu os bydd unrhyw rai sydd wedi eu cyflwyno yn cael eu tynnu’n ôl, gall Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn fel Gorchymyn heb wrthwynebiad. Os bydd y Gorchymyn yn cael ei anfon at Weinidogion Cymru i’w gadarnhau, bydd unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau sydd heb gael eu tynnu’n ôl yn cael eu hanfon gyda’r Gorchymyn.

Conwy County Borough Definitive Map and Statement
The Conwy County Borough Council (Addition of Bridleway No.101 in the
Community of Caerhun) Definitive Map Modification Order 2022
The above Order made on 8 December 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a bridleway, that is a public right of way for horses, for people on foot and with a bicycle, in the community of Caerhun. The Bridleway commences where it leaves the surfaced section of road known as Ffordd Bryn Siriol at grid reference SH 7664 6768 and ascends north easterly for a few metres before turning north westerly passing between the property Bryn Siriol and outbuildings then continuing to ascend north westerly in a slight zig zag manner to terminate adjacent to the entrance of Llidiard Fadog and the tarmac Pant Meurig road at grid reference SH 7620 6794. The path is approximately 679m in length. The width of the path varies from 2.9m and 1.5m with pinch points at narrow sections between wall and bedrock
A copy of the Order and map may be seen at Conwy Library, Llanrwst Library, Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay and on the Council website.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Head of Law and Governance, PO Box 1 Conwy LL30 9GN or to legal@conwy.gov.uk by no later than 10 February 2023, and must include particulars of the grounds relied on.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Conwy County Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
