Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

Fitim Nika has made an application to Bolton Council for a new premises licence for: SFC Farnworth, 140 Albert Road, Farnworth Bolton BL4 9HE

The details of the activity applied for are as follows:
Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Thursday 23.00 - 01.00 Friday to Sunday 23.00 - 02.00
Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday 11.00 - 01.00 Friday to Sunday 11.00 - 02.00

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 1st floor, Bolton Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive.

Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 9 December 2022.
The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 6 January 2023.
All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team. This can be done electronically, the email address is provided above.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
