Application has been made on the 3rd of June 2013 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1.The provision of plays, live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or dance each day between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00.2.The sale by retail of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 09:00-00:00 and Fridays and Saturdays 09:00-01:00 hours. 3.Provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00-00:00 and Friday and Saturday 23:00-01:00 hours. 4.The premises to be open to the public Sunday to Thursday 07:00-00:30 and Friday and Saturdays 07:00- 01:30 hours. 5.On New Years Eve until 03:00 hours New Years day for alcohol sales, live music, recorded music late night refreshment and opening hours. A record of this application may be inspected within theRyedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7H.H within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5.000.
