Temporary Closure of part of Footpath T 29/11
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along footpath DU 3/5 from its junction with the county road known as Wilway Lane, in a south-westerly direction to its junction with Footpath DU 2/11, then continuing on to its junction with Bridleway DU 2/10/1, for approximately 1200m in total, due to an unsafe boardwalk for a period not exceeding six months from the date on which this Order comes into operation.
