PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
To whom it may concern:
We, HOSPITALITY EXMOUTH LIMITED, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at The Strand, Exmouth, EX8 1AL and known as THE STRAND.
The application is to:-
• PROVIDE 2 DAY, MULTI-USE EVENT MARQUEE IN A SECTION OF THE STRAND ON 6th OCTOBER - 7th OCTOBER 2023.
• TO PROVIDE THE ON SALE OF ALCOHOL FROM 16:00HRS - 22:30 ON THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
• TO PROVIDE PROVISION FOR LIVE MUSIC FROM 16:00HRS - 22:30 ON THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
• TO PROVIDE PROVISION FOR RECORDED MUSIC FROM 16:00 HRS - 23:00 ON THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX141EJ not later than 4th January. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
