Order 2022
NOTICE is given that on 19 December 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. Order 1. lists within all of the established Controlled Parking Zones in the City that require amendment. The more recently made new (2022) CPZ areas had the changes included at the time they were made and so are not listed for further amendment. Each order listed above comes into force on 23 December and allow applications, payments and issue of Resident's Parking Permits via the County Council online portal, enabling the issue of 'Virtual Permits' which will not need to be displayed on vehicles. This is an alternative option to postal applications with the issue of physical permits for display. Charging levels for parking permits are not affected. Enforcement officers will have necessary access to records of physical and virtual permits issued. Documents giving more details of the orders are available for public inspection online by visiting
