NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that I Samuel Andrew Marshall, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: The Britannia, 187 Front Street, Chester-le-Street, County Durham DH3 3AX to vary the Premises Licence] to permit the following licensable activities:- To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol, playing of live music and the playing of recorded music to between 11:00 and 02:30 Monday to Friday. To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol, playing of live music and the playing of recorded music to between 09:00 and 02:30 Saturday and Sunday. To extend the opening hours to between 11:00 and 03:00 Monday to Friday. To extend the opening hours to between 09:00 and 03:00 Saturday and Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
