ENVIRONMENT AGENCY RIVER BASIN MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH EAST RIVER BASIN DISTRICT Notice of publication of an updated river basin management plan for the South East River Basin District under Regulation 31(4) (a) and (b) of the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 On 22 December 2022, the Environment Agency has published an updated river basin management plan for the South East River Basin District following approval from the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. This updated plan replaces the 2015 - 2021 plan published in 2016.
