Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that: The Bull at Burford Limited Applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 28th November 2022. To use premises at: Bull at Burford, 105-107 High Street, Burford OX18 4RG. To vary the Licence to reflect refurbishment & improvements to this premises, to amalgamate the existing premises with 107 High Street and to open up additional areas in the premises and garden areas under the Licence including a request for provision for an external area at the front of the premises subject to other permissions. The variation looks to permit the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment to hotel residents and bona fide guests 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday but it would be proposed licensed hours for non-residents would remain the same save that recorded music be extended to commence at 10.00 hours rather than 20.00 hours. Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of objection by 11 January 2023.
