Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that: The Bull at Burford Limited Applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 15th December 2022 To use premises at: Highway Inn {formerly Highway Hotel) 117 High Street, Burford, Oxfordshire OX18 4RG. To amend the Licence to specify that it is open to the public for hotel guests 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday. Further that those resident at the premises can benefit from the sale and supply of alcohol and also late night refreshment at any time during that 24 hour period. It is not proposed to change the hours for non-residents. We seek to vary the Licence to permit both on and off sales. We also seek permission for recorded music within the current licensed hours and late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday. Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of objection by 12th January 2023. Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives, prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm. All representations are made public.
