2005 Regulation 25 Notice

TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We Artista Events Limited, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the giant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as, Artista, 42 Brighton Square BN1 1HD, As Mows: To authorise the Sale of Alcohol from 12:00hrs to 22:00hrs daily [To ticketed customers only]; and, Regulated Entertainment from 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs daily. Any person who desires to make a representation to the giant, should send to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than the 12th January 2023, a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
