NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 13 December 2022 WM Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Manor Roundabout, 244 Dorchester Road, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 5AX. The proposed licensable activities are -
1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06:00 to 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23:00 to 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ no later than the 10 January 2023 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Dorset Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address or by emailing licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
