BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -
OXFORD COURT, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 21 December 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) The temporary closure of Oxford Court, at its junction with Oxford Street, Brighton for a distance of approximately 25 metres in a southerly direction.
(b) The suspension of 11 metres of disabled bays on Oxford Street, outside St Peters Medical Centre.
2. The Order is necessary to allow development works at St Peters Medical Centre.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
4. This Order comes into force on 3 January 2023 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
