Notice of Appeal Under Articles 10 & 25
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the above provisions of a proposed development at 55a Godre'r Coed, Gwernymynydd, Mold, Flintshire, CH7 4DS.
I give notice that Parry & Jones, having applied to Flintshire County Council as the Local Planning Authority, for planning permission for change in use to form a single dwelling, erection of side terrace and material alterations to external appearance, is appealing to the Welsh Ministers against the decision of the Local Planning Authority. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at Flintshire County Council, Planning Applications, Environment and Regeneration Reception, Flintshire County Council, Mold, CH7 6NF, during all reasonable hours until 14 days from the date of publication of this notice, and online at https://www.flintshire.gov.uk/.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to the Welsh Ministers at Planning and Environment Decisions Wales, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ or using the website at www.planningportal.gov.uk/pcs, within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means an agricultural tenant, as defined in section 65(8) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, of land any part of which is comprised in the land to which the application relates.
