HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn o Iwybr troed 44/71 y cyfeirir ato yn yr Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad hwn.
Mae'r cau wedi digwydd oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd a achosir gan strwythur ansefydlog. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym am 6 mis neu hyd nes bod yr adeilad yn ddiogel.
Mae'r cau hwn yn barhad o'r Gorchymyn Cau Ar Frys Dros Dro a gyflwynwyd ar Lwybr 44/71 o dan adran 14(2) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 ar 30ain Tachwedd 2022.
Lie bo'n briodol, gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd dros dro barhau mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n fwy na chwe mis oni bai bod Llywodraeth Cymru yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 15(5) o Ddeddf 1984 i ymestyn y cyfnod cau.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(Public Footpath 44/71 Old Bethel Chapel, Cwmamman) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath 44/71 specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
The closure has been undertaken because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by an unstable structure. The Order will continue in force for 6 months or until the building is made safe.
This closure is a continuation of the Temporary Emergency Closure imposed on Footpath 44/71 under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 30th November 2022.
Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless the Welsh Government give a direction under Section 15(5) of the 1984 Act to extend the duration of the closure.
