ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -DITCHLING ROAD, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on 21st December 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) The temporary suspension of the existing parking bay on the East side of Ditchling Road from a point approx. 16.6 metres south and opposite the property boundary of Nos.43/45 Ditchling Road, southwards to a point opposite the southern boundary of No. 35 Ditchling Road and to substitute this length with Doctors Parking Places.
2. The Order is necessary to allow essential doctors parking whilst development construction works to St Peter's Medical Centre take place.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
4. This Order comes into force on 22nd December 2022 for 18 months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
