Section 123 Of The Local Government Act 1972 (As Amended) Public Open Space

NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 30m2 of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to 40 Saint Ambrose Close, Covingham, Swindon. The land would be used as additional parking. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 4 January 2023.
