LICENSING ACT 2003 B&H Pizzeria Ltd do hereby give notice that they have applied to Darlington Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 28 Yarm Road, Darlington. The application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment off the premises from 23:00 to 24:00 Monday to Wednesday and 23:00 to 02:00 on Thursday to Saturday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: the Licensing Officer, Darlington Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 12 January 2023. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
