Application For Consent To Carry Out Works On Common Land

Commons Act 2006: Section 38 Roadside Waste Common Ref: North Yorkshire County Council CL 56 Hudswell Community Charity has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Roadside Waste Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works are widening by 16.73 sq metres and resurfacing of existing driveway comprising in total 43.1 square metres. The works will be located to the eastern end of Plews Cottages, Hudswell, North Yorks, DL11 6BN at the existing entranceway. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at The Little Shop, Hudswell, Richmond North Yorks, DL11 6BL during opening hours 9-12noon and 5-6pm weekdays 9-12 noon Saturdays until Friday 20th January 2023.
