(Craigerne Drive, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (Craigerne Drive, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 20 December 2022 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Craigerne Drive, Peebles at its junction with Craigerne Lane. There is no alternative route.
